Welcome to Edu Ally (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing our website, services, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. About Edu Ally
Edu Ally (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwe-registered private limited company providing:
Education consultancy and student mobility services
Application & visa advisory
Test preparation & academic coaching
Career guidance & employability training
Research & advisory services
Digital products & educational content
Institutional digital automation solutions
2. Nature of Services (Important Disclaimer)
Edu Ally provides advisory, facilitation, and support services only.
We do NOT:
Guarantee university admission
Guarantee visa approval
Guarantee scholarship awards
Guarantee employment placement
Final decisions rest with:
Universities
Embassies
Employers
Scholarship bodies
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Submit authentic academic documents
Meet institutional deadlines
Pay agreed fees on time
Edu Ally is not responsible for outcomes resulting from:
False documentation
Missed deadlines
Incomplete information
Policy changes by institutions or governments
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 Consultation & Application Fees
Fees are charged per service package as communicated in writing.
4.2 Visa & Packaging Services
Visa support fees cover advisory and documentation preparation only.
Visa fees paid to embassies are separate and non-refundable.
4.3 Training & Coaching Programs
Payment must be made before program commencement unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Academic Support Services
Edu Ally provides consultancy, coaching, and structured guidance.
We do not support plagiarism, academic misconduct, or misrepresentation.
4.5 Digital Products
All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Application processing fees become non-refundable once submission has begun.
Training fees are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before start date.
Visa rejection does NOT qualify for a refund of advisory fees.
Refund decisions remain at the discretion of Edu Ally management.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training guides, SOP templates, frameworks, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Edu Ally (Pvt) Ltd.
Clients may not:
Reproduce
Resell
Distribute
Modify
without written consent.
7. Institutional & Commission-Based Placements
Where Edu Ally earns commission from partner institutions:
This does not increase the student’s tuition unless disclosed.
Edu Ally acts as a recruitment facilitator.
Institutional terms override Edu Ally advisory terms where applicable.
8. Digital Platform & Automation Services
Edu Ally may provide digital automation tools including WhatsApp bots, dashboards, and messaging systems.
Edu Ally:
Acts as a reseller or white-label provider.
Is not responsible for third-party platform outages (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).
Is not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers.
Clients remain responsible for:
Content sent through automation systems.
Compliance with communication regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Zimbabwean law:
Edu Ally shall not be liable for:
Admission rejections
Visa denials
Immigration policy changes
Institutional policy changes
Lost documents submitted to third parties
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
10. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with:
Zimbabwean law
The Cyber and Data Protection Act

11. Termination of Services
Edu Ally reserves the right to terminate services if a client:
Provides fraudulent documents
Engages in abusive conduct
Fails to pay agreed fees
Requests unlawful assistance
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Force Majeure
Edu Ally shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by:
Government policy changes
Visa suspensions
Pandemic restrictions
Institutional closures
Political or economic disruptions
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Zimbabwe.
Edu Ally reserves the right to revise service offerings, pricing structures, and operational policies from time to time. Any updates will be communicated appropriately and shall take effect upon publication or notification.
